The possibility of partial replacement fish meal with alfalfa flour in feeds for the Australian red-clawed crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus) has been investigated. Crayfish were kept aquariums a volume 150 liters at temperature 24-26.5 °C. control group was fed granular feed intended sturgeon fish. In experimental feeds, partially replaced flour.
